Delivery Policy

At The Cake Whistle, all cakes are made-to-order and carefully scheduled to ensure freshness and quality. Below are our delivery terms:

1. Delivery Area

 

We currently offer delivery within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

 

2. Delivery Schedule

 

Deliveries are available from Tuesday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We do our best to deliver within the chosen time slot, but delays may occur due to traffic or weather.

 

3. Delivery Fee

 

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and will be included in your quote or shown during checkout (for ready-to-order cakes).

 

4. Delivery Instructions

 

Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the delivery location. If no one is available and redelivery is required, an additional fee may apply.

 

5. Pickup Option

 

You may also choose to pick up your order from our location. Exact pickup address will be shared upon order confirmation.

 

6. Handling & Storage

 

We are not responsible for any damage after delivery is completed. Cakes should be kept refrigerated and handled with care.

 

7. Delays or Emergencies

 

If we anticipate a delay or issue with your delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

Disclaimer

 

Once a cake has been delivered or picked up and is in the customer’s care, The Cake Whistle is no longer responsible for any damage, mishandling, or storage-related issues. We highly recommend transporting cakes on a flat surface in an air-conditioned vehicle and storing them in a cool environment until serving.
