Refund Policy

1. Custom Orders

 

All of our cakes are custom-made and handcrafted to order. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and paid.

 

2. Cancellations

 

Orders cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date may be eligible for a full refund.Orders cancelled within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, as materials and preparation may have already begun.

 

3. Changes to Orders

 

We are happy to accommodate minor changes if requested at least 5 days before the delivery date. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

 

4. Dissatisfaction or Issues

 

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion. Please note that we may request photos and details for evaluation.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

 

We do not offer refunds due to:Change of mind after order confirmationDelivery issues due to incorrect information provided by the customerMishandling or improper storage of the cake after pickup/deliveryMinor design or color variations, as all cakes are handmade
