1. Overview

 

By placing an order with The Cake Whistle, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all products and services provided through our website, in person, or via direct communication.

 

2. Orders

 

All cakes are made-to-order. Orders must be placed in advance, and availability is subject to our booking schedule. We reserve the right to decline an order due to limited capacity or insufficient lead time.

 

3. Payment

 

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, credit card, or through our online checkout system.

 

4. Changes & Cancellations

 

Changes to your order must be requested at least 5 days before the delivery or pickup date. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may not be refunded due to preparation costs.

 

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

 

We are not a nut-free or allergen-free kitchen. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that products are free of allergens. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any dietary needs.

 

6. Product Appearance

 

Each cake is handcrafted. While we do our best to match designs and colors, slight variations may occur. Images provided on the website or social media are for reference only.

 

7. Pickup & Delivery

 

Once an order has been picked up or delivered and confirmed, The Cake Whistle is not responsible for damage or improper storage. Please follow our care instructions provided with each order.

 

8. Copyright & Designs

 

Custom designs may be inspired by client-provided images. We do not copy trademarked or copyrighted characters without permission. We reserve the right to photograph and share images of our creations unless the customer requests otherwise.

 

9. Liability

 

The Cake Whistle shall not be held liable for damages or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or acts of nature.
